What you will do

  • Engage directly with customers to gather requirements and act as their voice within the product team.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality features.
  • Utilize analytical tools like Heap to derive insights and guide data-driven product decisions.
  • Coordinate product launches with product marketing and customer success teams to drive adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management.
  • Strong analytical skills and a track record of using data to inform product decisions.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the London office.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a Recruitment Technology (RecTech) company.
  • Experience selling to commercial or sales departments within organizations.
