What you will do
- Engage directly with customers to gather requirements and act as their voice within the product team.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality features.
- Utilize analytical tools like Heap to derive insights and guide data-driven product decisions.
- Coordinate product launches with product marketing and customer success teams to drive adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management.
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of using data to inform product decisions.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the London office.
Nice to have
- Experience working within a Recruitment Technology (RecTech) company.
- Experience selling to commercial or sales departments within organizations.
