What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on CX automation strategy and conversational design best practices.
• Author customer journey storyboards, process flows, and interaction scripts for business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain engaging bot personas that accurately represent the brand.
• Train IVAs before and after launch to ensure meaningful and accurate responses across target user populations.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative performance data to provide findings and improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with AI technical, consulting, and knowledge teams to develop solutions that exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in corporate consulting, preferably with enterprise clients.
• 2+ years of experience with GenAI, natural language AI, speech recognition, or machine learning.
• 2+ years of experience in UX writing, microcopy, linguistics, or writing for AI systems.
• Training or experience in User-Centered Design principles and User Research.
• Fluency with modern diagramming tools such as LucidChart and Miro.
• Bachelor's level degree in a related field.
