What you will do

• Monitor supplier accounts to identify and manage overdue commission balances.
• Proactively chase outstanding payments via phone, email, and correspondence to agree on settlement plans.
• Reconcile supplier accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate payment allocation.
• Maintain detailed records of all account activity and communication in the credit control system.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

Requirements

• GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
• Experience in finance, credit control, customer service, or administration.
• Strong numeracy skills and high attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• A-levels or further education.
• Familiarity with accounting systems or Microsoft Excel.
