What you will do

• Oversee customer account receivables and payables to ensure accurate records and timely follow-ups.
• Manage customer contracts, budgets, and the activation/deactivation of products.
• Handle fund transfers and process user archive requests according to procedures.
• Administer product permissions and monitor/issue refunds based on company policies.
• Maintain customer membership rosters and manage database tasks for records.
• Process physical check deposits and handle customer calls regarding payment issues.
