What you will do

• Develop AI product vision, roadmap, and prioritize initiatives aligned with customer needs and business value.
• Lead discovery sprints to validate AI concepts for feasibility, usability, and ROI.
• Define requirements and user stories for AI features like conversational intelligence, multi-turn search, proactive insights, and content creation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Drive product launch, go-to-market readiness, adoption, and continuous iteration based on metrics and feedback.
• Engage customers and stakeholders to uncover challenges and communicate AI roadmap progress.

Requirements

• 3+ years as Product Manager, 1+ years on AI/ML products
• Strong understanding of AI technologies (LLMs, NLP, predictive analytics) in enterprise SaaS
• Experience in product discovery, agile delivery, B2B solutions
• Ability to translate AI into customer value propositions
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship; refugees/asylees with proof OK)

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s/advanced degree in CS, engineering, or business
• AI experience in regulated industries (manufacturing, aerospace, pharma)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, FDA CFR Part 11, GFSI
• Track record launching/scaling enterprise SaaS with AI
• Prior software engineering on AI products
