What you will do

• Partner with Product and Engineering to guide new clients through technical implementation from initial integration to launch
• Support Sales by articulating the technical value of hirify.global’s platform to prospective customers
• Act as trusted advisor to clients: communicate new features, gather feedback, and advocate for their needs internally
• Translate client requirements into actionable solutions including building prototypes, writing documentation, and developing integration guides
• Proactively identify opporthirify.globalies to improve customer experience and drive product adoption

Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing engineering role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical Account Manager)
• 2+ years of experience in fintech, financial services, or SaaS (payments or lending experience is a plus)
• Strong technical foundation including experience working with APIs and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Consultative, customer-first mindset with track record of understanding and solving client needs
• Genuine enthusiasm for fintech and building the future of financial infrastructure
