What you will do

• Act as point of contact for customers and project teams, conducting walkthroughs with designers and developers.
• Provide timely updates on project statuses, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate new orders, post-project assistance, and website quotations.
• Work with business development specialists to onboard clients and maintain relationships.
• Handle customer support via email and phone, resolve issues, and manage escalated cases.
• Update systems, identify process improvements, and accommodate ad hoc client requests.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in BPO setup.
• 1+ year in project coordination (bonus).
• Good understanding of project management, website development, web design, and internet technology.
• Knowledgeable in CRM and MS Office tools.
