Relationship Associate - Digital Services

Location: US - IN - Carmel (hirify.global); frequent travel within the assigned market is required.

What you will do

• Use CRM tools and work queues to understand customer needs and provide digital-market support.
• Manage and service dealership accounts, mitigate account risk, and drive new growth opportunities.
• Identify dealer needs and promote relevant product solutions and campaigns.
• Act as the primary contact for dealerships in an assigned book of business and support focused performance discussions.
• Provide same-day servicing for tasks and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal, external, and operational stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
• Ability and willingness to frequently travel within the assigned market.
• Experience managing multiple tasks in a multifaceted environment with a strong focus on productivity and adaptability.
• Ability to use required technology, including mobile applications and software.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously as well as collaboratively.
• High accountability for local goals and business targets.

Nice to have

• Previous automotive industry experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau.
