Customer Service Analyst

Location: PH GBS Manila; must be willing to work in BGC in a hybrid setup

What you will do

• Receive and process customer orders accurately across the Order-to-Cash cycle.
• Provide updates on product availability, delivery schedules, and shipment status.
• Guide customers through customer service and e-ordering platforms.
• Handle first-contact inquiries, log unresolved issues, and follow up according to service standards.
• Enter and resolve claims in the Quality Management module.
• Support basic logistics, billing, pricing, product alternatives, and sales-related actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or CRM and ticketing tools is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with logistics, finance, sales, customers, and suppliers.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Thai and willingness to work in BGC in a hybrid setup are required.
