Location: Onsite at One Ayala Tower 2, Manila, Philippines.

What you will do

  • Interact with clients via chat, voice, video, and email regarding banking products like payments and cards.
  • Process customer requests and resolve complaints while adhering to regulatory and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet productivity targets and turnaround times.
  • Identify and correct system-generated responses to ensure accurate service delivery.
  • Participate in cross-skilling initiatives to handle multiple processes and communication channels.
  • Report incidents and deviations to the appropriate internal bodies.

Requirements

  • College undergraduate with professional experience in the banking domain, preferably in a BPO or shared service environment.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and ability to perform standard operations and payments.
  • Willingness to obtain required country-specific certifications (e.g., WFT for NL) within set timeframes.
  • Ability to work a part-time schedule (minimum 20 to maximum 40 hours per week).
