What you will do

  • Lead 4–5 direct reports including recruiting coordinators, sourcers, and ops specialists across EPD, GTM, and G&A.
  • Set expectations, run 1:1s, deliver feedback, build development plans, and manage hiring/performance for the team.
  • Own ATS (Ashby) workflows, automations, reporting, and real-time analytics dashboards for pipeline health and capacity.
  • Drive process standards like 48-hr stage movement and 24-hr feedback, partnering with Finance on headcount planning.
  • Manage tools including sourcing stack, assessment integrations, and interview intelligence; ensure cross-functional compliance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in talent or recruiting operations, with 2+ years managing coordinators, sourcers, or specialists.
  • Built or improved talent operations at high-growth tech company (Series C+ or 200+ employees).
  • Deep expertise with modern ATS; Ashby or Greenhouse experience.
  • Comfortable building dashboards, defining KPIs, and using metrics to drive decisions.
  • Experience managing and developing recruiting coordinators into operations professionals.
  • Builder mindset: fast-moving, direct communication, proactive problem-solving.

Nice to have

  • Ashby experience with workflow automation, custom reports, API integrations.
  • Capacity modeling and recruiter workload analysis.
  • Led end-to-end ATS migration.
  • Experience with technical assessment tools like CodeSignal, HackerRank integrations.
  • SQL or BI tools for custom analytics.
