What you will do
- Lead 4–5 direct reports including recruiting coordinators, sourcers, and ops specialists across EPD, GTM, and G&A.
- Set expectations, run 1:1s, deliver feedback, build development plans, and manage hiring/performance for the team.
- Own ATS (Ashby) workflows, automations, reporting, and real-time analytics dashboards for pipeline health and capacity.
- Drive process standards like 48-hr stage movement and 24-hr feedback, partnering with Finance on headcount planning.
- Manage tools including sourcing stack, assessment integrations, and interview intelligence; ensure cross-functional compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years in talent or recruiting operations, with 2+ years managing coordinators, sourcers, or specialists.
- Built or improved talent operations at high-growth tech company (Series C+ or 200+ employees).
- Deep expertise with modern ATS; Ashby or Greenhouse experience.
- Comfortable building dashboards, defining KPIs, and using metrics to drive decisions.
- Experience managing and developing recruiting coordinators into operations professionals.
- Builder mindset: fast-moving, direct communication, proactive problem-solving.
Nice to have
- Ashby experience with workflow automation, custom reports, API integrations.
- Capacity modeling and recruiter workload analysis.
- Led end-to-end ATS migration.
- Experience with technical assessment tools like CodeSignal, HackerRank integrations.
- SQL or BI tools for custom analytics.
