What you will do

• Manage multiple complex, cross-functional technical projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility with all relevant stakeholders.
• Track program milestones, timelines, and overall deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk analysis and schedules.
• Utilize metrics and KPIs to measure performance and provide regular status updates to executives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor partners and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of related experience in project or program management.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Proven experience resolving conflicts and meeting strict schedule timelines in a technical environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking metrics and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies.
