Salary: $150,000 - $17,000 CAD

What you will do
- Develop and execute the outbound strategy playbook in collaboration with regional and functional leaders.
- Partner with recruitment and enablement teams to hire and train resources for enhanced performance.
- Manage regional accountability to ensure targets and expectations are consistently met.
- Identify and implement optimal tools for list creation, messaging, and prospect closing.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop new strategies for outbound pipeline growth.
- Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for the outbound funnel.
Requirements
- Intermediate experience in launching and managing outbound teams and achieving targets.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, or other sales engagement platforms.
- Must be based in Toronto and able to work in-office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
- Entrepreneurial and agile mindset with a strong bias toward action.
- Proficiency in English.
