TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

Salary: $150,000 - $17,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the outbound strategy playbook in collaboration with regional and functional leaders.
  • Partner with recruitment and enablement teams to hire and train resources for enhanced performance.
  • Manage regional accountability to ensure targets and expectations are consistently met.
  • Identify and implement optimal tools for list creation, messaging, and prospect closing.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop new strategies for outbound pipeline growth.
  • Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for the outbound funnel.

Requirements

  • Intermediate experience in launching and managing outbound teams and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, or other sales engagement platforms.
  • Must be based in Toronto and able to work in-office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
  • Entrepreneurial and agile mindset with a strong bias toward action.
  • Proficiency in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Retail or Hospitality point-of-sale (POS) systems.
