What you will do

  • Recruit, hire, and develop world-class SDR talent
  • Coach and motivate the team to overachieve on targets
  • Build individual development plans for each SDR
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Demand Generation departments
  • Drive new processes to increase revenue and pipeline generation

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of BDR/SDR leadership experience at a tech/SaaS company
  • Proven track record of hitting stretch goals
  • BA degree or higher
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication ability
  • Ability to learn the hirify.global product within 30 days
