Location: Remote within the United States; must live in and be eligible to work in the US; Utah licensed pharmacist required; occasional on-site meetings multiple times per year

What you will do

• Evaluate patient data, complete medication reviews, and provide counseling to optimize therapy and adherence
• Review medication assessments by other pharmacists and supervise clinical support team
• Develop clinical recommendations, intervention strategies, and facilitate prior authorizations
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership to improve software platform and workflows
• Assist with patient access issues like financial aid and transportation
• Staff clinical shifts, participate in process improvements, and orient new team members

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from accredited institution; Utah licensed pharmacist in good standing (multi-state a plus)
• PGY-1 residency or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of chronic diseases (diabetes, heart failure, COPD, etc.) and drug interactions
• Strong patient engagement, empathy, and ability to work independently/meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Five9
• 40 hours/week Mon-Fri 6AM-6PM PT (up to 2 rotating Saturdays/month); reliable private remote setup with high-speed internet
• Ability to pass background check; US work eligibility required
