What you will do

• Launch, execute, and iterate on paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta and TikTok
• Analyze performance data and optimize targeting, messaging, and creative strategy
• Translate product into compelling, high-performing ads
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, and AI teams
• Test quickly, learn from results, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
• Proven track record of driving measurable results (user acquisition, conversions)
• Comfortable working with data and making optimization decisions
• Balance creative thinking with performance marketing discipline
• Self-starter able to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
