TL;DR

Location: Remote (Minimum 50% overlap with Central Standard Time / Austin, TX business hours required)

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across Meta (Advantage+), TikTok, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Develop and execute structured A/B and multivariate tests for static images, UGC video, and carousels.
  • Build and refine persona-based targeting strategies based on demographics and behavioral profiles.
  • Monitor daily performance and spend pacing to optimize CPI and downstream subscription conversion.
  • Collaborate with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) to ensure clean attribution and event tracking.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports covering spend, installs, CVR, and CAC across all platforms.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience specifically running mobile app user acquisition campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of Meta App Campaigns, including Advantage+ and app event optimization.
  • Proven experience with TikTok for Business app install campaigns and Spark Ads.
  • Working knowledge of Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Apple Search Ads.
  • Experience with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
  • Availability: Must overlap at least 50% of working hours with 9am-5pm CST (Austin, TX).

Nice to have

  • Experience with RevenueCat or similar subscription analytics platforms.
  • Background in health, fitness, or wellness consumer app categories.
  • Familiarity with ManyChat or messaging automation for paid traffic funnels.
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager for mobile or Firebase event configuration.
  • Experience briefing and evaluating UGC creative for performance ads.
