Salary: $169,347.00 - $237,085.80

What you will do

• Lead the agile delivery of a portfolio of small to medium-sized projects within the TeraWave satellite communications network.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to establish technical requirements, dependencies, and implementation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, track technical progress, and maintain a transparent risk register with mitigation strategies.
• Develop advanced solutions to complex problems using technical judgment and innovative methods.
• Facilitate collaborative decision-making and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous value delivery through iterative development cycles and servant leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of program management experience specifically within the aerospace industry.
• Experience working on Aerospace Development Programs and/or Space Systems.
• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or legal refugee/asylum status required (Export Control).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex technical environments.
• Excellent communication skills for translating between technical and business contexts.

Nice to have

• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
• Experience with satellite communications systems or optical communications technologies.
• Agile certifications such as CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP.
• Background in systems engineering or technical product development.
