What you will do
- Serve as the senior day-to-day lead for clients, overseeing campaign execution across Paid Social, Programmatic, and Paid Search.
- Develop and implement best-in-class cross-platform digital execution processes and optimization strategies.
- Establish and maintain incremental test-and-learn frameworks to drive account performance.
- Manage and develop the Biddable Activation team, including managers and executives, through clear career objectives.
- Collaborate with the Planning department to provide data-driven insights and benchmarks for media tactics.
- Ensure financial accuracy in the planning and buying process, including accurate billing for all performance media.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in activating digital campaigns across multiple channels (Paid Social, Search, Programmatic).
- Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
- Extensive experience in client servicing and senior stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of line management and team development.
- Strong project management skills and high attention to detail.
- Up-to-date certifications across major digital activation platforms.
