What you will do

• Contribute to a 3-year innovation plan for skincare and suncare categories incorporating brand DNA and future trends.
• Recommend new product concepts and develop the product mix for new projects in coordination with support teams.
• Manage financial performance of projects, including P&L, cost tracking, budget adherence, and profitability.
• Design 360° launch campaigns across merchandising, digital, PR, training, and Trade Marketing.
• Develop briefs for campaign visuals and assets and manage the execution, budgets, and legal contracts.
• Manage and mentor one intern.

Requirements

• 4-year undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing or product development.
• Professional experience in Global Marketing product development specifically for skincare or makeup.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in Paris, France.
