What you will do

• Own the strategy and lifecycle management of assigned Active Ingredients (AIs) and assets.
• Analyze market data, global trends, and competitor activity to guide strategic decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop business cases, investment recommendations, and portfolio trade-offs.
• Drive revenue and margin improvements through optimal product positioning and P&L-positive pricing.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to optimize product value and execution.
• Serve as the central hub for market intelligence, providing training materials and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the crop protection industry.
• Academic degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Biology, or a related field.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen with a focus on P&L thinking and margin optimization.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align diverse stakeholders without direct authority.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must be based in UK, Germany, France, Italy, or Spain.
