Product Manager (Digital Products)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Digital Products): Leading the definition, requirements collection, and development execution for Power Hub and SpecSizer applications with an accent on customer value drivers and feature expansion. Focus on building product roadmaps, enhancing UI/UX through human-centered design, and translating Voice of Customer feedback into functional specifications.

Location: Onsite in Peoria, IL or Irving, TX. Visa sponsorship and relocation are not available.

What you will do

• Lead the development of product roadmaps, detailed functional requirements, and user stories based on feedback and metrics.
• Contribute to the design of the GUI and UX, focusing on new features and product enhancements.
• Coordinate with the product owner and development team to ensure features are delivered to time and quality specifications.
• Analyze customer and dealer feedback to identify and implement product improvement opportunities.
• Monitor product performance and partner with marketing to position digital products.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
• Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is NOT available.
• Strong knowledge of Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles and UX/UI design tools.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and decision-making processes to business situations.
• Commitment to a 5-day-a-week onsite office schedule.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
• Previous experience with the full product development cycle.
• Experience with product design and requirements collection (Voice of Customer).
