Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a software development management role.
• Proven track record of leading and growing successful software teams.
• Strong familiarity with programming languages, web technologies, and cloud/on-premises architecture.
• Expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies with a focus on delivery optimization.
