What you will do

• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to propose user-centered improvements.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for complex problems.
• Maintain and contribute to the design system for consistency.
• Conduct UX research including usability testing and synthesize findings.
• Define interaction patterns, feedback states, and error-handling flows.
• Work with engineers to ensure UI implementation quality and communicate designs effectively.
• Use data and metrics to inform decisions and translate into feature improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, or related (or equivalent).
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
• 3–5+ years designing interfaces for complex digital products.
• Strong Figma proficiency including auto-layout, components, prototyping.
• UX principles, visual design, design systems, user research experience.
• Accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
• Advanced English proficiency for distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Basic HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks.
• Prompt engineering knowledge.
• Awareness of cognitive biases in design.
