What you will do

• Own the design vision for the Foundations pillar of the hirify.global network, supporting Supplier Grow and Transact experiences.
• Design core supplier experiences including onboarding, identity, profile management, and navigation.
• Establish the hirify.global Supplier Portal (CPS) as the single source of truth for all suppliers.
• Consolidate fragmented user experiences into a cohesive, AI-powered network portal.
• Ensure seamless, friction-less navigation across various hirify.global products and offerings.

Requirements

• Experience in a Lead UX Designer role at a mid-to-senior level.
• Proven track record of designing platform systems and shared workflows.
• Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico.
