What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX design, creating user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Apply human-centered design methodologies to frame problems and deliver intuitive digital experiences.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to drive design decisions.
• Translate behavioral data and user insights into actionable design strategies aligned with KPIs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and ADA-compliant solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing user-centered digital products.
• Experience in Financial Services or other regulated environments/B2B2C models.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Professional fluency in English for communication with global stakeholders.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating impactful UX solutions.
