Senior Designer

TL;DR

Senior Designer (Branding/Performance): Design digital assets for client marketing initiatives including paid ads, landing pages, emails, and SMS with an accent on brand consistency, performance optimization, and design systems. Focus on leading client workshops, presenting designs, and collaborating with developers for web implementations.

Location: Remote from Portugal, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Spain. Fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone.

What you will do

• Design digital assets for paid ads, email/SMS, landing pages, organic social, and Amazon creative based on client briefs.
• Create design systems from brand guidelines for consistency across channels.
• Lead client calls, workshops, presentations, and manage approvals while building strong relationships.
• Apply best practices for conversion-driven designs across marketing channels.
• Collaborate with Retention Managers, Developers, Designers, and Project Managers for feedback and handoffs.
• Design landing pages in Figma adhering to UI/UX and company web guidelines.

Requirements

• Fluency in English required for speaking, writing, and client presentations.
• 3+ years proven design experience (agency/studio preferred) with digital portfolio in branding, visual/marketing/web design.
• Strong understanding of design principles: layout, hierarchy, color theory, typography, composition.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to lead client relationships, calls, and workshops.
• Detail-oriented, creative, self-motivated with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite knowledge.
• BFA or higher in Graphic Design or Fine Arts.
