What you will do

• Lead the design of end-to-end digital experiences across multiple platforms, aligning user needs with business goals.
• Create UX deliverables such as site maps, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate user insights, research, and behavioral data into actionable design strategies aligned with KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, content, legal, and compliance.
• Facilitate design workshops and critiques to drive alignment and innovation.
• Mentor and guide other designers, contributing to the evolution of design systems and AI-enabled UX approaches.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing user-centered digital products.
• English: Advanced level (C1+) required for presenting and handling complex stakeholder interactions.
• Location: Must be based in Mexico for a hybrid work model.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design and business impact.
• Experience working in financial services or regulated environments.
• Expertise in interaction design, systems thinking, and tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
