TL;DR

Integrations Consultant: Lead and deliver client integration projects for AI-powered maintenance platform with an accent on utilizing Open REST APIs and integrating with client systems. Focus on designing integration solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and creating actionable integration plans.

Location: Ontario (Remote)

What you will do

Lead integration projects from initiation to completion, meeting timelines and milestones.
Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Assess client systems and design effective integration solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and provide expert advice on Open REST APIs.
Create and present detailed integration plans.
Serve as primary client contact, train personnel, and maintain relationships.
Work with internal teams and third-party integrators to translate requirements.

Requirements

Experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, sales engineering, product management, or software development.
Ability to organize and consolidate customer data from various sources.
Excellent project management skills to lead cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, and data transformation.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Detail-oriented with strong written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.

Nice to have

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related.
Experience with ERPs like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience in manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of IoT Sensors, Historians, SCADA, PLCs, Industry 4.0.
