What you will do

  • Own Platform capabilities, defining data contracts, models, and platform features powering reporting and analytics.
  • Own Reporting end-to-end, using data, user research, and market analysis to shape customer data interactions.
  • Spearhead ROI initiative to demonstrate operational benefits within the product.
  • Execute large innovations and quality improvements to enhance product and sales for Fortune 500 companies.
  • Partner with sales to articulate reporting value for senior stakeholders and close large deals.
  • Evolve products from frontline managers to enterprise audience including ops leaders, finance, and EHS.
  • Inspire designers and engineers, defining success via metrics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management with platform or infrastructure experience, ideally serving Enterprise customers.
  • Proven experience building customer-facing analytics or reporting products with data modeling knowledge.
  • Comfort navigating cross-team data dependencies while focusing on customer outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with sales during upmarket shift from SMB to Enterprise.
  • Track record expanding product audience to senior stakeholders like operations, finance, or EHS.
  • Strong vision, strategy, roadmap setting, and team motivation tied to KPIs.
