What you will do

• Optimize website conversion rates via A/B testing and personalization using AI tools like Clay, ChatGPT, and Claude.
• Collaborate with SEO teams to implement product-led SEO and optimize for AI-driven search.
• Partner with design and product marketing to build high-performing landing pages and improve information architecture.
• Lead and prioritize the web development queue, balancing growth experiments and campaign support.
• Own website analytics and attribution, building dashboards in GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Conduct site audits and monitor performance using AI-based anomaly detection.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in web or growth marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of driving measurable conversion improvements through A/B testing.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Clay, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar).
• Proficiency with Webflow and Optimizely (or equivalent tools).
• Strong knowledge of web analytics platforms and attribution modeling.
• Must be based in North America.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-supported localization and multi-language web operations.
• Language skills in Spanish, French, and/or Portuguese.
