What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy ML models to improve customer personalization, predictive analytics, and automated decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and inform model development and business strategies.
• Test and refine algorithms for better accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate ML models into the platform.
• Research latest ML and AI developments and explore innovative techniques.
• Provide technical leadership on ML best practices and strategic direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related; PhD a plus.
• 5+ years in machine learning and data roles.
• Proven ML Engineer experience.
• Strong Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with data processing, analytics, vector databases (Redis, Milvus, Pinecone, etc.), ML techniques, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs in production.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Postgres, RDS, Redis, and AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork in fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ruby.
