What you will do

• Develop and deploy state-of-the-art ML algorithms including LLMs and computer vision models.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for collecting, preprocessing, and delivering high-quality data.
• Own end-to-end ML service development from problem discovery to production deployment.
• Write efficient, production-ready software with robust algorithms.
• Solve complex healthcare challenges like medical entity extraction and claim outcome prediction.
• Collaborate with researchers and healthcare experts to ship impactful ML features.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and data engineering
• Proven track record of launching production-ready systems from scratch
• Proficiency in Python and C++
• Experience with AWS, Spark, and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models and agentic workflows
• Experience deploying open-source models
