What you will do

• Lead team across hiring, planning, task decomposition, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with risk analysts.
• Own execution and delivery for predictable timelines aligned with risk and business objectives.
• Drive development and improvement of risk scoring and decisioning capabilities using existing expertise and tooling.
• Tackle complex technical and domain challenges ensuring high standards for quality, reliability, and safety.
• Shape architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Golang backend services focused on performance and maintainability.

Requirements

• 2+ years leading engineering teams (hiring, development, performance, delivery management).
• Strong technical background with development experience for architectural discussions and solution validation.
• 4+ years as Go developer.
• Excellent cross-team communication and partnership building skills.
• Experience building and optimizing development processes (planning, decomposition, retrospectives).
• Diplomacy to advocate for team interests with reasoned arguments; willingness to learn and adapt.
