Looking for a strong hands-on CTO from crypto/payments

What you’ll do:

Own technical strategy and architecture
Stay hands-on (~40% coding, Python/Go)
Lead backend / transaction systems or security (flexible scope)
Build and scale secure crypto/payment infrastructure

We expect:

Experience in crypto or payment platforms
Strong engineering background + system thinking
Ability to combine leadership with execution

Nice to have: CySEC certification / regulated environment experience
