Requirements

• 1+ years managing small engineering teams (5-8 people) in fast-paced settings, preferably fintech with Go
• Strong skills in hiring, development, performance, delivery management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong technical background with 4+ years as Go developer for architectural discussions and contributions
• Experience building and optimizing processes (planning, decomposition, retrospectives)
• Diplomacy and ability to advocate for team interests
