What you will do

• Act as the primary expert for Jira (DC & Cloud), Confluence, and Scriptrunner.
• Design and implement automated workflows using n8n and Scriptrunner to reduce manual labor.
• Proactively integrate AI tools into existing processes to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Analyze organizational processes using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile to eliminate inefficiencies.
• Create performance dashboards and reports using Power BI and eazyBI for senior management.
• Manage and mentor a small team, conducting 1-on-1s and developing individual growth plans.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) or Operational Excellence (OpEx).
• Expert-level proficiency in Jira (DC & Cloud), Confluence, and Scriptrunner.
• Proven experience building integrations and automations using n8n or similar tools.
• Track record of leading small teams and managing cross-departmental stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of AI applications in business process automation.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or eazyBI.
• Experience with Trello, Lucidchart, or Miro for process mapping.
