What you will do

• Drive end-to-end RPA projects, coordinating with business stakeholders, RPA Engineers, and management for alignment and progress tracking.
• Conduct detailed process analysis, recordings, time studies, and Industrial Engineering reviews to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Develop Process Definition Documents, To-Be process maps, project plans, JIRA user stories, and presentations for management.
• Propose non-robotic improvements, obtain SME approvals, and ensure Arch Review and account creation for UiPath solutions.
• Assist RPA Engineers during development, participate in testing, and provide regular status updates and reports.

Requirements

• Basic process analysis, workflow optimization, and process mapping
• Time studies, basic efficiency measurement, and statistical knowledge
• Competency in Adonis, JIRA, and MS Office tools
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, and teamwork skills
• Innovative mindset, flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines
