What you will do

• Collect and analyze requirements for AI components such as chat, agents, voice, and RAG.
• Translate requirements into clear technical specifications and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Facilitate communication between LLM Engineers, Backend, Product, and Ops teams to align on scope and timelines.
• Identify and coordinate fixes for root causes of issues in AI pipelines related to data quality, latency, and cost.
• Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a product, fintech, or operational environment.
• Strong skills in writing structured requirements and specifications.
• Experience working with task tracking tools like Jira.
• Confidence working with data, including SQL and general analysis.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• English: B2+ level required.

Nice to have

• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience in telecom, contact centers, or CRM systems.
• Experience in fintech or working with payment-sensitive data.
