What you will do

• Build DevRel function from scratch: define strategy, vision, roadmap, and metrics
• Develop and execute developer community strategy for internal and external communities aligned with business goals
• Research events, partnerships, and collaborations; organize meetups and initiatives
• Transform internal expertise into external content and community engagement
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align DevRel initiatives
• Build relationships with developers and IT audiences across countries to drive awareness and engagement

Requirements

• 3+ years in DevRel / Developer Advocacy for developer communities and IT audiences
• Experience building initiatives or functions from scratch
• Ability to define strategy and execute hands-on
• Experience organizing events, meetups, or community programs
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in ambiguity
• Fluency in English
