What you will do

• Own end-to-end project management for company-wide marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Coordinate between Product Owners, Brokerage, Compliance, Tech, and CRM teams to ensure alignment.
• Translate business, product, and regulatory changes into clear marketing briefs and actionable tasks for design and dev teams.
• Track progress across multiple teams, managing dependencies and resolving risks or blockers.
• Drive stakeholder accountability to ensure all marketing outputs are delivered accurately and on time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, operations, or cross-functional execution.
• Professional experience in financial services, fintech, or the trading industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in Cyprus.
