What you will do

• Oversee and execute SEO strategies to achieve KPIs across multiple projects.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Senior and Middle SEO specialists.
• Conduct technical audits and define tasks for development teams.
• Analyze traffic trends and implement recovery plans for performance drops.
• Implement and standardize SEO best practices and project documentation.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation efficiently.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of commercial experience in the iGaming industry.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Deep expertise in Google algorithms, ranking factors, and competitive SEO niches.
• Experience with iGaming-specific challenges such as cloaking, satellite sites, and migrations.
• Proven ability to build long-term strategies and use data-driven decision-making.
• Strong project management skills, including backlog prioritization and risk management.
