What you will do
- Create viral content (posts, stories, reels) for Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube across US, Europe, MENA, LATAM, Japan, and CIS markets.
- Collaborate with leads and teams to develop creative concepts and plan the content calendar.
- Manage production with external agencies and internal teams, handling everything from briefing to localization and publishing.
- Launch hype-driven campaigns for game updates, events, and clan seasons to drive engagement and share of voice.
- Track competitors, run A/B tests, and analyze key metrics such as sentiment score, followers, and conversions.
- Build and moderate the player community and manage content for the web shop.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus
- 5+ years of experience in an international company or the gaming industry.
- English proficiency: B2 level or higher required.
- Strong personal background as a gamer or professional experience in gaming.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and act on insights.
- Experience with SMM tools like Sprout, BrandMentions, Meta Business Suite, and CMS platforms.
