What you will do

• Create viral content (posts, stories, reels) for Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube across US, Europe, MENA, LATAM, Japan, and CIS markets.
• Collaborate with leads and teams to develop creative concepts and plan the content calendar.
• Manage production with external agencies and internal teams, handling everything from briefing to localization and publishing.
• Launch hype-driven campaigns for game updates, events, and clan seasons to drive engagement and share of voice.
• Track competitors, run A/B tests, and analyze key metrics such as sentiment score, followers, and conversions.
• Build and moderate the player community and manage content for the web shop.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus
• 5+ years of experience in an international company or the gaming industry.
• English proficiency: B2 level or higher required.
• Strong personal background as a gamer or professional experience in gaming.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and act on insights.
• Experience with SMM tools like Sprout, BrandMentions, Meta Business Suite, and CMS platforms.
