Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 a year

• Provide tax compliance and consulting for UHNW individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Lead complex tax research projects across various industries.
• Develop strategies to minimize federal, state, and local tax liabilities.
• Supervise tax associates and manage the daily delivery of consulting services.
• Mentor and provide career guidance to tax seniors and associates.
• Manage multiple engagements to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in public accounting focusing on Tax.
• BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field (Masters preferred).
• Licensed CPA or EA certification required.
• Expertise in researching complex tax issues for various entities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in Southern California, the Bay Area, or Las Vegas.
