What you will do

  • Own Google Ads at scale: manage Search, PMax, Display, and YouTube campaigns, scale budgets efficiently, and drive experimentation in bidding, audience, and creative.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization: run A/B tests on landing pages and funnels, identify bottlenecks, and improve CVR from click to qualified pipeline.
  • Strengthen marketing operations: integrate and troubleshoot CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), GA4, GTM, Zapier/Pabbly for clean data flow.
  • Drive data-informed decisions: analyze CAC, LTV, payback; build dashboards and prioritize high-impact experiments.
  • Craft high-performance ad copy and collaborate on converting landing page messaging.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
  • Proven management of $100K+/month ad budgets.
  • Success in improving conversion rates via structured experimentation.
  • Strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and technical fluency in marketing tools.
  • Ownership mindset with high accountability; think in systems, data-driven decisions, calm under budget pressure.
