What you will do

• Build and maintain reusable automations using PowerShell/Python, Immybot, APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS/RPA tools like Power Automate and Logic Apps.
• Implement self-healing tasks in RMM for alert remediation, patching, software deployment, and configuration drift correction.
• Map and optimize service workflows (incident, request, change, onboarding/offboarding) to reduce technician touch time.
• Own configuration hygiene, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and data integrations across PSA, RMM, and cloud platforms.
• Automate asset lifecycle tasks, SLA risk alerts, and ensure governance, security, and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years in MSP or multi-tenant environment.
• Strong PowerShell scripting; Python knowledge.
• Hands-on with PSA (e.g., ConnectWise Manage, Autotask) and RMM (e.g., NinjaOne, Intune).
• Microsoft 365/Azure AD/Entra/Intune administration and policy automation.
• API experience (REST, JSON, OAuth); Git, code review, basic CI/CD.
• ITIL practices understanding and strong documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or RPA/iPaaS experience.
• Infrastructure-as-code or policy-as-code (Intune, Graph API).
• Monitoring tools (Sentinel, Log Analytics, Datadog).
• Security automation (Conditional Access, Defender).
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL, RMM/PSA).
