Software Engineer (Pipelines & Cloud Orchestration): Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud orchestration platforms for next-generation infrastructure engineering applications with an accent on automation, IaC, and observability. Location: Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania (Office-Based/Hybrid). Ability to work from office or fully remote from home.

Salary: from 3800 EUR gross (Lithuania, depending on experience).

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain cloud orchestration platform to automate deployment and management of infrastructure.
• Develop, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate operational tasks and improve workflows using scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Implement observability, monitoring, and logging solutions for system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate services into automated pipelines.
• Mentor team members on cloud-native technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 4+ years in Software Engineering, DevOps, or SRE role focused on cloud environments.
• Strong experience with cloud orchestration and IaC on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proven experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with Git or distributed version control systems.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
• Experience with AWS, GCP.
• Familiarity with Electron, Tauri, WebView2.
