Location: Hybrid working requiring 1-2 days onsite per week from Cardiff, UK Global Centre

Salary: Circa £47,000 per annum (negotiable dependent on experience)

What you will do

• Control, monitor, and deploy services to Azure public cloud (over 6000 configuration items).
• Deliver resilient application stacks using Infrastructure as Code and cloud native tools.
• Maintain stability, performance, and capacity of IT infrastructure and Azure services.
• Act as 3rd line support for infrastructure and cloud services, troubleshooting and implementing fixes.
• Establish IT systems development standards and document processes and procedures.
• Support IT architecture and application roadmaps as Azure subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Hybrid role requiring 1-2 days onsite per week in Cardiff, UK
• In-depth knowledge of Azure services
• Experience in Azure DevOps, GIT, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, preferably Terraform
• Robust understanding of security and Azure best practices
• Experience monitoring Azure services for availability, performance, and scalability
• Degree or equivalent in IT technical support
• Knowledge of enterprise hardware/software, virtual tech, DevOps tooling, ITIL processes
• Automation scripting with Powershell, Shell Script or equivalent
• Ability to build relationships within IT and across organization

• Ansible or other configuration management tools
• Linux or Windows systems administration
• Power Platform environment administration
