What you will do

• Create, connect, and support Azure resources used to deliver engineering and validation solutions.
• Manage Azure DevOps work items, including triaging, querying, tracking, and reporting.
• Support security-related integrations and compliance activities tied to Azure-based services.
• Monitor service health metrics and drive assigned services toward green status.
• Prepare weekly status rollups, KPI reports, and ad hoc leadership updates for senior management.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5–7 years of experience in software, cloud, or systems engineering.
• Completed Azure Security Certification required at time of submission.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Azure resources and 3+ years of Azure DevOps work item management.
• Proficiency with SQL, scripting, or systems-related development tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Python development experience.
• Experience with KQL, Power BI, or cloud-based reporting dashboards.
• Experience in semiconductor, cloud platform, or engineering operations environments.
• Prior experience supporting executive-level status updates and long-running enterprise cloud engagements.
