What you will do

• Design end-to-end experiences integrating campaigns, SMS, transactional emails, and automations.
• Lead design for complex surfaces including rich customer profiles, custom fields, and analytics.
• Architect complex systems by mapping data models, flows, and dependencies across product areas.
• Drive strategy through workshops, audits, and storytelling to align Product, Engineering, and Data partners.
• Leverage AI and rapid prototyping to de-risk decisions and explore agentic workflows.
• Mentor designers across the CRM and CEG teams to elevate the overall quality bar for craft and systems thinking.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design at a digital product company.
• Proven experience operating at a Staff or equivalent level.
• Portfolio showcasing complex, systems-level work such as CRM or marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and lead cross-functional workstreams to shipped products.
• Exceptional communication skills for representing design decisions to leadership.
• Must be based in New York City (Hybrid)
